NCSi handles sales, licensing, onboarding, and ongoing support — pairing Threads with their software installation, configuration, and maintenance expertise.
Cloud Weaver continues to develop and enhance the Threads platform but no longer sells it directly. All sales, licensing, and quotes now go through NCSi, so you get an experienced partner for deployment and support alongside the product you already trust.
